Anita has this amazing superpower that makes the worst people you know cry and shit their pants at the mere hint she was involved in something. I think she has a responsibility to use this power to make everything they enjoy unplayable to them
Pirat_Nation 🔴@Pirat_Nation

Slay the Spire 2 is facing backlash after players discovered Anita Sarkeesian listed as a consultant in the credits. Gamers are leaving negative Steam reviews, saying they regret buying the game and would not have purchased it if they knew. Some are requesting refunds while it is still in Early Access.

@lyralover69 @marangho @TheL0wner During fathers day, I made things for my grandma (basically my mom) because she was my actual parent. I think people should approach these holidays in whatever way suits them best because it's their own family

@SGibbs91116 @redhead_ophelia I think the post is equally as harmless. what I think is more harmful is spreading this strict view of how people should perceive their own family

@datyguy @redhead_ophelia I’m glad your teachers did that, I’m not saying a teacher shouldn’t, but I feel this post and teachers helping keep kids from feeling left out are very different things.

@marangho @TheL0wner "Yes Timmy, I know you want to make something for mother's day with the rest of your friends, but you don't have a mom, so you get to be excluded from this holiday :)"

@isasdestination there's literally a holiday called "Father's Day" and I've never seen a woman included in it... men literally have their own holiday, so why are they included everywhere 😭

@SGibbs91116 @redhead_ophelia When I was in school my teachers encouraged me to make things for my mom on Father's Day, because they weren't monsters that would make a child feel left out for only having one parent

@redhead_ophelia “itS FoR sIngLE dAds” I think it’s for gay dads more so, one fills the mom role kinda thing. Still think they shouldn’t be on this pic, but I think that’s where the op is coming from. I hope.

@DaddyTonraq It’s curious how in X-men the baying mob of normies, fearing mutant’s obvious natural advantages, are clearly seen as bigots. But in LoK, where the ‘mutants’ are *slightly* more established, suddenly the narrative is said to have failed to address the mob’s concerns.

@RedCommieD @Twenty1st_Pilot People tend to make distinctions between different types of violence. Most people can agree that getting punched in the face is different than being held down and violated. I personally think blood bending is closer to sexual assault than it is to other types of violence.

@datyguy @Twenty1st_Pilot I mean, she's doing it to fight, I doubt any of team avatar want to be burnt either , or Thorne into cages, or restrained Like if she picked up sokka and thru him at aang, Its non consensual but is this really what we want to call rape or pedophilia?

A lot of people really like Hama without considering The Implications of an older character tampering with the bodily autonomy of children and forcing them to practice gross actions on each other.

I don't get why people are confused by this. Hama views these children as tools for her own goals and amusement. She is violating their bodies on such a fundamental level that it's impossible for almost anyone to resist her control. Like, imagine if someone did that to you

@RedCommieD @Twenty1st_Pilot I don't think it's intentional, but she is literally violating them and forcing them to do actions they don't want to do. Like, literally taking control of their bodies for her own amusement

@Twenty1st_Pilot what gross act? like violence is non consential to is any of the characters fighting hand to hand non consensual touching of a child? yes is blood bending worse then that? yeah probably but i think equating that to rape is weird

@uncledoomer No. It's just that we know that what Americans call bread is some sort of sugared abomination with 27 different artificial preservatives, most of which are banned in Europe for causing cancer.

@Aella_Girl While true for the good outcomes, the bad outcomes are 49% people pressing blue or 5% of people pressing blue. It's pretty clear which one is worse than the other. I don't understand where the confidence about people in China/India pressing blue comes from.

im confused by people saying the right answer is pressing red. the good outcomes are 51% of ppl press blue OR 100% of people press red. the second is obvs way less likely

Everyone in the world has to take a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone survives. If less than 50% of people press the blue button, only people who pressed the red button survive. Which button would you press?

@JoshuaK48611332 @Fright_Face @justalexoki It isn't feasible that everyone will vote for red. It is feasible for a majority to vote for blue. And those are the only two scenarios where no one dies.

@Fright_Face @JoshuaK48611332 @justalexoki Your treating pressing red as a neutral option, but it's not. When you press red, you are saying "I'm ok with the people who pressed blue dying." Pressing red actually increases the chance of the people who pressed blue dying.

@justalexoki But it literally is about if everyone would just. If you read it, if you truly understood it, then you would press red. If you press red, then you survive, and you don't die. Everyone presses red, everyone lives. There's no need to press blue.
