@RAFAELA_RIGO_ What about overall outlook for 2026. Are you expecting a bullish return for the market, even if BTC tops out and liquidity flows down to L2's and Alts etc. Or are we back at 2022 bear market type area and need to wait out for the next cycle?

When @BasedBrett $BRETT tweets that it’s The Chosen One Is when the cycle begins. Until then, more pain. @BasedBrett ⚡️

Solana being "cooked" this cycle is almost being seen as consensus amongst the better traders left in this ghost town. You've likely all seen the comparisons drawing SOL to ETH in terms of "performance" from the last cycle. Which begs the VERY POTENT question: Could ETH replicate the same hyperbola move we saw with BTC last cycle too? You guys are seeing now ETHBTC show some fantastic strength [spare me the whole "I'm ready to be let down for the millionth time" talk], But you guys are ALSO seeing altcoins perform strongly in conjunction to ETH leading. If SOL is TRULY actually cooked, meaning ETH has no 'direct competitor' threatening it for mindshare, We could see insane rallies on some extremely oversold alts that will be the equivalent of full-cycle gains in a short time period. The best "well-kept secret" in crypto is understanding that all algos related to alts are synced with ETH. If you were to "decode" crypto and study the BIOLOGY of this game, It would be realizing the HEART which pumps blood in this market has always been Ethereum. Bitcoin is the SOUL which can exist with or without a physical vessel. Shabbat Shalom niggaz. ~ Dr. Axius.

In 1966, Phil Sokolof had a heart attack in Omaha, Nebraska. He was 43. His doctor told him, in the language of the era, that saturated fat and cholesterol were to blame. It was 1966. This was the settled science. Ancel Keys was on the cover of Time magazine. The American Heart Association had been recommending reduced saturated fat for five years. Nobody in the mainstream medical establishment was questioning the framework. Sokolof believed it completely. He was a self-made millionaire, drywall manufacturing, with the energy of a man who has recently been reminded he is not immortal and the conviction of a man who believes he has found the cause. He sold his business. He founded the National Heart Savers Association. He spent fifteen million dollars of his own money over twenty years on newspaper advertisements, television appearances, and direct corporate pressure campaigns targeting saturated fat in the American food supply. His primary target was McDonald's. McDonald's had been frying their french fries in beef tallow since Ray Kroc first fell in love with the McDonald brothers' product in the 1950s. Kroc himself described the fry as almost sacred. The formula, 93% beef fat, 7% cottonseed oil, had been arrived at accidentally, when a supplier stretched their product with tallow to keep costs down, and produced something extraordinary. Julia Child loved them. James Beard loved them. The fry that built the most successful restaurant chain in history was fried in rendered beef fat. In 1988, Sokolof took out full-page ads in major American newspapers attacking McDonald's for using beef tallow. He called it a health emergency. He described the fries as contributing to heart disease across the American population. He was specific, relentless, and well-funded enough to sustain the campaign for years. McDonald's capitulated in 1990. They announced a switch to 100% vegetable oil: a blend of soybean and canola. They noted a 45% decrease in fat content and the elimination of dietary cholesterol from the fries. Their stock fell 8.3% after the announcement. Customers noticed the difference immediately. The rest of the fast food industry followed. Burger King, Wendy's, and the broader restaurant sector switched from tallow and lard to seed oils in the early 1990s. The institutional momentum was complete. The new oils were cheaper anyway, which made the transition financially attractive once the health optics had been settled. Here is what Sokolof did not know, and what the science has since established. Polyunsaturated seed oils, when heated to frying temperatures repeatedly, produce aldehydes and other oxidation products at levels significantly higher than saturated fats like tallow. Each frying cycle degrades the oil further. Tallow could be cycled through many more fries before degrading. Seed oils became progressively more oxidised and chemically unstable with each batch. The fat Sokolof replaced was stable, nutrient-dense, and had been used in cooking for the entirety of human history. The fat he replaced it with was rancid before it hit the fryer on a busy Tuesday lunchtime. Sokolof died in 2004, of heart failure, at the age of 82. His obituary in the Los Angeles Times called him a man who had made a difference. He had. He had replaced the best frying fat in mass catering with an industrial seed oil that degraded with every cycle. The fries never tasted the same. The country got fatter. Nobody connected the dots publicly until about fifteen years later.
