Hello folks it's Philip, Davids son. Some of you might already no. Dad lost his battle with Cancer last night and is off into the sunset on his Triumph. At least the reds won for him on Wednesday night and I was able to tell him. Look after yourselves YNWA.

Northern Ireland is a very peaceful place now. The younger generation don’t remember & couldn’t give a hoot about the old days. Protestant catholic gay straight they don’t care. They want a decent job, a living wage, an affordable home, the basics that make life worth living.

I have thought long & hard about whether to publish this, but have decided it’s gone too far. This has been ongoing for over a year. My little boy is the most gentle little man you could meet. He doesn’t deserve this. This latest incident has been reported to the PSNI.

Cancer update. I'm back home from the hostel, which is a great place staffed by angels. Time to recuperate now and get fit to get out on the Tiger again. I've got my own hospital bed which is great and will be a big help in my recuperation. #fuckcancer

Students are made to feel like failures if they don't go to uni - it's totally mad.
Racking up so much debt for a course which is often of no use.
Plumbers, electricians and other trades are just as rewarding, often more.

Bilal Akalwaya, 51, from Batley was found guilty of "encouraging" a dog to penetrate him & joined a WhatsApp group for paedophiles to discuss sickening images of children being abused. Some as young as three.
He was sentenced to 8 months, suspended for a year.

This is a harrowing watch, but an important reminder of what Republican terrorism really involved. It was & never will be something to be proud of. A new generation heroising & romanticising this behaviour is depressing, but also inevitable when Sinn Fein justify & celebrate it.

Unionism needs to pull their socks up. Relying on leaflet drops & door knocking prior to elections won't cut it in a social media era. Seriously need to invest in better digital media presence.
Tik tok & Instagram are 2 big platforms completely vacant of unionist party influence
