@leansempai It depends on the situation. Dealers do have vans now. Often less economical. Less vehicles/tech/day even without lean. With lean thinking 3 techs can do 48 cars per day in a well organised flow. Can they get to 40 cars? Ensure car is safely parked, no spills (environment) etc?

@leansempai How much is the kit? How much is the service? In any case they could park closer - lots of motion, transport and waiting muda.
