@RewardsSupport can someone please post details on how this thing is meant to work and why most kiwis are all getting the exact same points each month?

@garywal does anyone truly understand how these points work for kiwis? We all got 120 every month and suddenly 15 seems to be the preferred hand out on Reddit this time round.

@garywal do you know if this is a common thing? All the activities are ticked but the points won't redeem. Happened on the august and October punchcards too. I used the cloud gaming to earn the achievements and wondering if that's linked.

@garywal How'd I miss this? I can't see anything on the Xbox app still but have noticed bing daily streaks became a thing here last month which is mich appreciated.

@danimartms Also be nice to have the console app work on PC and mobile or in a browser. Now we have cloud gaming and the expanded ecosystem there's no reason to lock it on your console. There's the edge extension but it does actually do the same thing.

@danimartms 1/ love that bing search points came to new Zealand, but I'd love to see global parity in the scheme. We can't earn half the points on offer elsewhere 2/ it's just so buggy on the Xbox app, my 500 points for this months rewards has both tasks ticked but the points won't to redeem

@PaulOBrien We had a thought here, we go 4 days a week, what about the part timers? Do we slash 20% off their week or up their pay? If they are doing 4 day weeks are we admitting they did full time work? should they be entitled to back pay for it? Can they still do their work in less hours?

@SamsungMobileUS I'm going out on a limb here as I'm out of ideas, but how can I complain higher up about your New Zealand store? 2 weeks chasing them and they aren't even acknowledging my email and apparently even your own staff can't reach them.

Ordered myself a nice brand new S22+ this week. Apparently @Samsung_NZ have other ideas and decided cancelling my order and ignoring my emails was a good way to sell their product.
