It’s not a broadband issue but rather I cannot get into my BT account. The website states you’re updating security and asking me to supply another email address other than the existing Gmail address linked with the account.

@bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

Hi I’m not in a position to do that presently.. My Gmail account has always been associated with / linked to the account. It’s the same email you send my bill to, so I can view it! I will leave you to look at other options for me.. You have my Gmail

@bt_uk Not able to access my BT account…to view my bill. Apparently you’re carrying out security checks! I’ve confirmed I cannot access my bt email and also confirmed the Gmail address associated with My BT.. Now asking for another email? Pls sort it

@Tesco Hope you can help. I’m not entirely happy with this purchase..from Saturday. The fat content is far higher than expected and insufficient meat in my opinion for the 4 services indicated. Thank you.
