You will never escape your fears, but you can see through them and therefor gain your power back from understanding that our fears are to keep us safe when we have not decided on a vision we want. Fears live in an idle mind.

Not ever idea created is 'the' idea but it will lead to closer to the 'idea' that changes your life. To shut off ideas is to restrict your spirit, I call this spiritual constipation. Others call it writers block.

We are not our emotions We are not our experiences We are not what we are missing We are not our colour We are not where we were born We are not our political party We are the awareness behind it all witnessing life in our own unique way. Stay out of the void. Be you first.

It's not the initial wound that does the most damage. It's the infection of the mind, body & soul that does the most destruction over time.

The empty bucket rattles the loudest. Remember those that project blame, shame or pain without true evidence to back it up are really just highlighting their own inability to take responsibility. And the age of their actions is showing where the wound first started within them

Judge via intentions - It's better than actions. To realise this is to fully appreciate the love your parents have always had for you. To know this is to appreciate you had all you ever needed. To live this is to understand perfect does not exist. We are all humans trying..

To know you are enough is all that you need to love all that you are. To love all that you are is to appreciate the life you've got. To appreciate all that you've got is to understand the gift of time. To share that gift is to share all that you have. To respect it, is power.

To discredit your progress is to not appreciate the journey. To not appreciate the journey is to live a miserable life. Give credit where credit is due, and adjust efforts as needed to achieve your goal.

Simple oatmeal satisfies, sustains, strengthens in tough times. If you can be satisfied by oatmeal you have all you need to succeed.

To think life is against you is to not appreciate that you won the greatest race to be alive. The race to be born. You were born a winner, it's your job to remove the victim lens of life & truly understand you are not your emotions, experiences or circumstances.

Success is easy when you measure from where you started. Success can feel like failure if you measure to where you want, expected or think you deserve to be. To understand the power of the lens of life is to unlock the true power of your brains success mechanism.

To not question your fears is the start of ignorance that always ends in suffering.

Fear and vision are exactly the same except for the fact that one is geared for failure and the other for success.

Sharing is caring but knowing what to share is true love combined with care.

The only honourable fear to live with is that for another.

True ignorance is not being willing to accept that the hate or fear one projects is a reflection of within.
