We are supposed to believe that Kelsey lunged behind a door frame while Officer Noonan was standing directly in front of her, pulled out a gun, lunged from a kneeling position, and pointed the gun at his face and pulled the trigger. Then while Noonan hides behind the door frame with only his hands and his gun visible to Kelsey, he somehow sees through the wall and witnesses her back up, side- stepping to the rear of the bed and also magically sees her tap and rack the gun two times. He couldn’t have seen what she was doing from the time she grabbed the gun to the time she got behind the bed if he was hiding behind the door frame. He then states that he shot her twice in rapid succession. When asked why he shot her twice, he states “because she wouldn’t stop”. If he shot her once, and then witnessed her continue to raise her arm before the second shot, then was it in rapid succession? He states she was still raising her arm when the second shot made her flinch and she fell back. She was never in a full shooting stance, and yet somehow he was able to get a shot in her lower chest without even grazing her arms. Even more miraculously, the gun landed underneath her. They found it after they rolled her over to see if there was an exit wound, and their original statements stated just that. She went from having the superior tactical position to moving across the room and having two bullets shot at her. This isn’t consistent with someone who wanted to shoot Noonan in the face. Never mind her statement “I just want to die”. And how does a man with so much experience miss the first shot within 6 feet of his target when he is fearing imminent death? Colonel Sanders is full of shit.

My thoughts on the Kelsey Fitzsimmons case after day 1- I feel as though Officer Noonan had reason to believe his life was in danger, and responded accordingly. There is no evidence to support him shooting her for any other reason… other than a perceived threat.

I find it very odd that there were no female officers on scene when they took #Kelseys baby. Also if a gun is being pointed at an officer they don’t take the time to say “don’t do it Kelsey” twice. If she pointed that gun at him he would have just shot her. After she was shot she said “I’m sorry I want to die” speaks volumes to me. It stinks in #Massachusetts once again. #JusticeForKelsey

@davevail @GregMooreNH NJ is the highest property tax, which is just ridiculous for that state. As for NH it is higher but not by much when compared to CT, NY, or VT. Overall, the burden is much lower in NH.
