Wanted to shout out the Western Washington @Rivian team We see plenty of posts in here about bad experiences and sometimes good ones, so I wanted to share mine. Over the past 3 years of owning two Rivians and making several trips in and out of service departments, I’ve had the chance to meet and build friendships with a lot of great people at Rivian. From the Spaces team to the late-shift techs, each one has added a level of confidence to my ownership experience. Even though they’re constantly navigating Washington State’s outdated laws around direct sales, they do it with a smile and a wealth of knowledge. I enjoy going out and lobbying in Olympia with Rivian to help bring a leveled playing field to everyone. Big shoutout to the new Fife Service Center. Many of the team came over from Seattle, and honestly, I think Rivian should model their customer service, communication, and reliability after the Western Washington crew. Special thanks to Angie (Auburn, Seattle, and Fife) for putting up with me through three different service centers, and to the rest of the team who probably say, “Oh no, here comes Dom” every time I show up. This team has done exactly what Pat Flynn describes in his book... they’ve turned me into a Superfan.
