@dhergs19@Visible Hey! We’ve got you for sure 🙏 If you’re making the switch to US Mobile, you’re in for a smooth ride. Bring those lines over, and we’ll make sure everything goes through cleanly on our end. You can reach out to help@usmobile.com, and we’ll take care of the rest for you 🙂
Night mode on iPhone can take stunning low light photos — but most people never use its best setting. 👀 📸 Here's how to unlock Night Mode Max (and get dramatically better results).
@Tito_Esc@mobileXus This shouldn’t occur if AutoPay is fully disabled and the line has been ported out. You can check your line’s billing details on the dashboard, or simply email us at help@usmobile.com and we’ll look into it for you.
That's odd. I ported my number from @USMobile to @mobileXus so there's no active line with US Mobile and yet my debit card shows US Mobile is trying to charge me this morning 😬. My cards locked but damn.
@ATT YOU SUCK
Was a customer for 20 years - tried to add a new line- took 3 hours and was still not working.
Now you refuse to remove the block to transfer my lines.
No outstanding balances.
No money due.
And your customer service people from whatever country they are in are terrible.
Moving to @USMobile - already so much easier to deal with.
F you ATT.
If you recently updated your iPhone, you may have seen a little lock icon at the top of your iMessage threads. 🔒 👀 We're here to explain what that means. 🕵️
@LavaVex@Starlink Our kit doesn't have any rental. If you choose to cancel your service with us but would like to keep the kit, you’ll need to purchase it. Once it’s paid for, you can continue using the same kit with Starlink.
@USMobile@Starlink After the 6 month promo, is it possible to switch from billing via usmobile to billing via starlink directly without having to return dishy?
Your phone just became a satellite phone 🛰️📱
Starlink Direct to Cell just turned millions of regular phones into off-grid communicators
T-Mobile’s T-Satellite now supports 60+ phones (80–100+ models globally)
Works on:
- iPhone 13 and newer
- Samsung Galaxy S21 and up (incl. many Z Fold/Flip & A-series)
- Google Pixel 9 & 10 series
- Motorola 2024+
- and more...
- Right now you can:
- Text (SMS/MMS/RCS)
- Share location
- Send emergency SOS
- voice calls + data
More features rolling out fast
No special hardware needed - just a clear view of the sky
@quantumdesign7 We’ve got you 😊
We’ve dropped you a message to take a closer look, but you can also reach out to us anytime at help@usmobile.com or connect with us via live chat on the web or app.
@TMobile your service stinks and is too expensive I’m switching to us mobile , and gonna use att towers cause it’s beats your range in Nevada and Sierra Nevada mts @USMobile my device is a unlocked device looking to test run a eSIM to test the dark star for rural
@michaeljoba Hey! There’s an outage in your area that could be causing slow speeds. As for only getting 4G - that’s a device limitation. Your Moto G Play (2024) doesn’t support 5G, but the newer 2026 version does.
@USMobile Sure. I just got the service a couple of DAYS AGO AND phone I purchased from you guys
I did a factory reset and it still says 4G and it's only doing hey and it's only getting 17 megabits per second
Why is the phone that I purchased from you guys only showing 4G LTE. Your chatbot or people that you've hired seem to only understand the basics
@USMobile
@bggrizzly30@TMobileBusiness@khattkoo Absolutely - we’ve got you covered! Our team is always ready to help with a smooth port-in, especially for someone so involved in the telecom space 👀 Feel free to DM us and we’ll make sure the transition to Dark Star is seamless from start to finish.
@USMobile question: if need be, does your company have reps standing by to port in a former @TMobileBusiness customer to #Darkstar. A current public figure, tester, researcher and consumer advocate in the telecom space? 🤔 @khattkoo
@Smilezgorman@dosedupbeatz@TMobile Yeah, this misses the mark, no way around it. Not the kind of first experience we aim for, especially with a yearly plan and device. Can you DM us or email help@usmobile.com with a link to this post? We’ll dig in, sort your activation, and review the interactions.
