How's the D down south? We've reached almost the halfway point of living with Low Vitamin D intake above the 37th parallel line. If you're living north of the 37th parallel, the concentration of sunlight isn't strong enough for your body's natural production of that good all Vitamin D. Roughly around March, the sun angle gets high enough to start the natural production of Vitamin D again north of the line! You NEED to consider supplementing vitamin D.
