It runs on relationships, regulatory knowledge, and logistics that no AI can replicate yet. —— A lot of founders in the AI space talk about replacing physical businesses. I think that's the wrong frame — at least for now. The physical business pays the compute. The AI swarm makes the physical business scalable. One without the other is incomplete. The reagent sales fund the GPU hours. The GPU hours build the systems that will eventually let me run both at a fraction of the manual effort. —— Building AI in Lima without a physical business that pays the bills is building in a vacuum. The constraint isn't a limitation. It's the thing that keeps the build honest.
