@mark_juel @laurenboebert NO. Wrong in your emphasis. It’s an INCLUSIVE Right. “ A well regulated militia ,(comma) the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”. See South Carolina State Constitution Article 13; Section 1 -> where ALL citizenry are considered members of a militia.

@laurenboebert Read the 2nd Amendment again! It starts with " A well regulated militia ... the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". It means that for people to keep their arms they must be well regulated!
