This is now the 2nd outrageous Lightening Lane video I’ve seen in 24 hours. This isn’t just a WDW or Disneyland problem…this current way of park operations isn’t working.

@dave__whiteside My wife and I did something similar. Kitchen reno wrapped up in 3 weeks and about a month before our youngest’s due date.

Our due date is March 27th. We start a full kitchen reno next week. On a scale of "wait, what?" to "WAIT, WHAT?", where would you put us?

👋🏻 I wish I understood it but also not complaining. Have had multiple close exposures and still somehow avoided. Was certain I’d get it while pregnant since technically immunocompromised but never happened.

My oldest took the time in class today to write me this beautiful note in his lunch box knowing I’d get it when I unpacked everything to be cleaned. Duly noted, pal. Duly noted…

@amandahmorris Time your naps as best as possible, expect to stop 2-3 times and I recommend one of you sit in the back with the little one. You don’t want to be stuck in traffic with a screaming baby and have to try and crawl into the back. There’s no silver bullet though in my experience.

Fellow parents, any suggestions for keeping a 5 month old happy during a 5-hour drive? We did this drive with her a few months ago but she was still a sleepy little new born. 🙏🏻

@Mikey_Pereira He would have pivoted to holding a patio out in the town square assuming Taylor would give him the permit. Would have been a great episode seeing Luke and a faceless Al battle for space in the square.

@amandahmorris I work in the same building as the Kitchener office. The lines aren’t anywhere near as bad as they were in the spring and summer. Typically one packed day a week from my casual observations.

Anyone know the current passport wait situation?

Every time I watch House Hunters I come to the conclusion that 97% of Canadians could sell Americans a 1200 sqft fixer-upper adjacent to the train tracks for 10% over list. In this market.

@Mikey_Pereira They just couldn’t scale the PeopleMover as part of EPCOT’s original plans. But boy are those Disney bus drivers nice folks. That intangible fact is pretty important. Let’s also not forget that Disney World has 3 ferries, 3 cruisers and a bunch of other ships in its fleet.

@nicecobra @amandahmorris Haven’t stayed there yet, but my wife and I have a time share with the company that owns them and got a tour. They are very nice and would take my kids there. Actually looking there for next year.

@davidbtubbs @amandahmorris Have you been to the Nickelodeon resort? We’ve been considering that one too. Thoughts on suitability for kids 6, 10, 13?

Parents, what have been the best/most family friendly all inclusive resorts you’ve been to? Our baby will be 6ish months when we go. 🙏🏻
