HE DID IT 👏🏽💛 We could not be prouder of our patron David, who completed the ultimate challenge on Sunday. David climbed to the top of Ben Nevis, Scotland’s highest peak, with his rowing machine on his back, in 3h 50m, then rowed a marathon (42195m) in an amazing 3h 31m, and made it back to the bottom in less than 5 hours. An absolutely incredible achievement, he smashed it! 🏔️ A challenge like David’s has never been done before, and we are so so grateful that he chose Back Onside to fundraise for. This week has been a hard one with everyday life. I’m more than aware I have a great life but my mental health questions that at times. Thankfully through consistency in my routine I’ve found ways to outweigh the negative thoughts with positive ones to progress into next week💪🏽

Sunday 30th July, I'll take on Ben Nevis with the rower on my shoulder, complete a marathon row at the top before coming back down. If anyone can help in anyway no donation is too small. It's all for a great cause #mentalhealthmatters @BackOnside
