@tiwarylab if you're looking blindly for a drug (e.g. via VS - not mainstream but becoming more common) then yes. If your starting point has a structure (e.g. from FBDD), probably no. If hit from HTS maybe yes if one wants to do SBDD.

I know I should know but I am still surprised by the fact that first line treatment for cancer often times uses very old drugs and concepts. We're doing high-tech drugs but much of it is still so no-tech. Big motivation to keep pushing!

One of the best thing of LLM-based chatboxes is that I can ask to explain scientific concepts, go in detail at the level I want, go back to basics, reformulate, reexplain, exemplify without it being frustrated and me feeling silly. It never happens with humans.
