So, for the first time in 5 years of treatment I've finally lost my hair. This for me was the hardest mentally and I lost it in handfuls on the plane to the U.S. I'm feeling better about it now, brave enough to post this picture. Please be kind 🥰🙏

@Claire7Carter Claire. Thoughts for you....my Dad passed in 2013. Mum went last February, almost a year since we had to put her in Care. I still beat myself up. Last words, actions. But they were both safe and comfortable. So smile on and enjoy life, because that's what they would want.

4 years today... How is that possible? Grief is spell-bounding to me, in a way. It gets easier, but it doesn’t. But it does. You mend but everything is different ❤️ At least I know Dad would’ve been pleased I cut the grass 😂 #soulfulsunday
