Several weeks ago, our 21-year old son bought a condo and moved out. This past week, we moved our 18-year old daughter to Boston to begin her journey at Berklee College of Music. Now it’s just Lorna and I. Oh yeah, and 2 Siberian cats but they’re either sleeping or eating and no in between so they don’t count. 😂 I’m glad that Lorna and I actually like spending time together because this new “normal” without the kids around is…strange. Thankfully, we’ll adapt, but it’s going to take time.
