RT propagandist Steve Sweeney, who was injured in an Israeli airstrike on a strategic bridge used by Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, was allegedly on the phone with Lebanese Information Minister Paul Morcos after the strike, attempting to portray the incident as a "deliberate Israeli attack on journalists.”
Prior to the strike, the IDF had issued a warning to evacuate the site where Sweeney and his crew were filming, stating that they were about to strike the bridges in the area imminently.
The bridge was used by Hezbollah to transport terrorists and weapons to the southern frontlines.
The Kremlin propagandist chose to ignore the warning, putting himself and his team at risk.
