A year ago we were supposed to be getting $2,000 rebate checks, DOGE was going to find $2 trillion in waste to balance the budget, we were going to pay no income taxes because tariffs would pay for everything, gas & home electric bills would be cut in half, and no new wars.

Day 172 without a response from @duolingo. The 20+ messages I've sent through their official Support Request Form and otherwise have been completely ignored. I'd be disbarred if I treated clients the way Duolingo treats its users. #Duolingo #CustomerService

Someone gained access to my @duolingo account in July and changed my login info. I've been trying to reach Duolingo customer support for 4 months but have received ZERO response to my 8+ messages. Not even so much as an acknowledgment that someone is looking into it.

Congratulations to Oklahoma City’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for being named Sports Illustrated’s Sportsperson of the Year! This honor has been bestowed annually since 1954, and Shai is the first Oklahoman to receive it as the named recipient. It would be like saying that you should use all the cutlery or glasses or screwdrivers or drill bits you bought before buying new ones. “There are things in life that we need to always have plenty of supplies, even if we will only use a small portion. “If, for example, we consider books as medicine, we understand that it is good to have many at home rather than a few: when you want to feel better, then you go to the ‘medicine closet’ and choose a book. Not a random one, but the right book for that moment. That’s why you should always have a nutrition choice! “Those who buy only one book, read only that one and then get rid of it. They simply apply the consumer mentality to books, that is, they consider them a consumer product, a good. Those who love books know that a book is anything but a commodity.”

More than 20+ help requests submitted to @duolingo through their "official" form. Numerous emails to every address I can find online. I even mailed them a damn letter. No reply. Not even an acknowledgement that someone has stolen customer data. #CustomerService #CustomerSupport
