I'm not sure where you get the 'weakness from'. Russia hasn't been at war with just Ukraine, but the might and technology of the USA, UK and some European nations, without their experts providing surveillance, targeting and the weapons; in fact, everything except pressing the button, Russia's determination and success is amazing. Eastern Ukraine is now Russian.
The irony that nobody wants this war to end apart from Russia is truly amazing.

I think Eastern Ukraine will remain russian, the west won't provide the men & machines to retake it & frankly would it be worth the cost of doing so ?

.@mentorthedragon. Cyclists and pedestrians pay taxes, and so pay for the roads. Taxes on cars and fuel etc do not ‘pay for roads’ any more than taxes on alcohol ‘ pay for pubs’ . Many cyclists own cars.

I have nothing against taxis except that, like hired cars, they are so colossally expensive. I seldom use them.I doubt that driverless cars, which have their problems even on the USA’s wide and predictable highways,would work very well on British roads.
