I was just on an @AmericanAir flight from PHX to JFK seated next to a guy who was already acting very strangely at the gate and was being questioned by police officers. Once we were in the air he starting telling me he was an illegal migrant from Romania, that he’d gotten into the US from Mexico into Texas by crossing the southern border and that he was selling drugs. He very well could have been on drugs as he was talking to me considering how bizarrely he was acting.
How he got onto the plane to New York was completely unclear to me. He told me he had a “DD account” and a “legit” which he said was a “wallet” that he got super easily online for about $200 but that it was invalid.
He said they let him through anyway because “they don’t ask for anything here [in America]”. When I asked the crew how it was possible that he was allowed to board the plane they said they “didn’t know”.

Up at 3am. Four hours of @ffweekend, a quick meeting, a few hours of rest, some reading, and now a workout before @BigWeekendShow
Some folks noticed I’ve lost some weight (mostly muscle) since the fall. Between a severed bicep tendon, bone spurs in my shoulders, and a few other health related imbalances, I’ve lost about 10-15lbs.
Not all days are created equal but relish in the ones that hurt. If it doesn’t hurt a little it ain’t worth it. Pain with purpose is growth. Let’s grow!
