@GinaMurrell1 Exactly. Learning self compassion is a whole journey. At least, it has been for me. But really, why treat ourselves with less kindness than we would reserve for others?

@GinaMurrell1 This happens to me all the time. It can cause a lot of shame, but I (try to) chalk it up to being human. I find I judge myself really harshly when I would be much more compassionate toward others about these sorts of things.
