On Monday, a judge denied Sean Higgins' request to dismiss charges in the crash that killed Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau.
The defense had challenged the handling of blood alcohol tests.
Higgins, accused of driving while intoxicated, will be back in court next month.

At approx. 7:45 pm, there was an altercation between two groups on the Lincoln Tower turf fields. One person, not affiliated with OSU, was stabbed. Police responded and quickly detained the suspect. There is no ongoing threat. Victim transported to WMC.
