@kate_jones50 I have had some of the worst migraines I have had for years in this heat. I need to drink constantly but then I have to go to the loo all the time too. This is me getting old...no fun 😁

This week, I have had two migraines, which I haven't been prone to getting before. This is on top of feeling lightheaded one day as well. Is it the heat? 😔
