i just screamed on a conference call and now i’m crying cause i feel bad that i screamed. :( it’s been a rough 2 hours.

@Redjotter This is something that tripped us up a lot in the public sector a few years ago but it is a lot better! Having said that, all the varying design disciplines UI, UX, SD having the same names for slightly different outputs (customer journey etc) has muddied the water again.

One of the fundmental principles of service design is simplicity and accessibility yet my design community twitter feed is jam packed with over complex language and buzz words. Any ideas how we get better at holding each other to account on using plain English?
