@SmokieRed83 Poor recruitment been the main crux of it IMO, allied to running with a very small squad that has had a run of key injuries. Since Martin Foyle left (head of recruitment) our success in the market has reduced significantly. That’s been the key issue for me.

Just a thought but maybe Aberdeen fans should give Stephen Robinson a fucking chance? He’s a brilliant manager who will, given just a wee bit of patience, get your club back challenging at the top end of the table and he’ll have every single player running through a brick wall for the badge on the shirt. Don’t believe the pathetic narrative about his style of play either. With the budget Aberdeen have he will get you playing some great stuff, but you MUST allow him a Summer rebuild before judging. Cry all you want today, but you’ll be deleting those tweets in six months time.

James Forrest is the perfect Aberdeen signing. Sign a player that was great at their peak but not now a top level player but is still going to be a signature signing in the summer
