@stonedbunni 16:8 is basically where you fast for 16 hrs and have an 8 hr eating window! that applies to most of the fasting ratios you’ll see on here. usually the bigger the number, the longer the fast and the smaller the number, the shorter the eating window is :3

@stonedbunni i believe one of the main ones is ur teeth getting rlly rlly damaged, the acid in throw up can destroy and damage ur teeth overtime
