@BTCare yet again my internet won’t work, this is after having a engineer visit on Saturday to be told all ok.!! This is a joke. Been on hold for 45mins and still not been answered

@BTCare so the saga continues now getting told the engineer visit failed for today as not booked in. Yet I had to phone conversations to confirm apt and a text message! Company is a joke

@bt_uk Yeah after 2 previous engineer visits to fix the exact same problem within 2 weeks!! Furious doesn’t cut!! You call centre advisor refused to open a complaint and would discuss anything further until an engineer had visited!!! JOKE COMPANY!!!

@bt_uk It’s shocking, keeps dropping out and restarting. I’m going to be livid if I can’t watch the football tomorrow!! I pay £30+ a month and it’s useless!!! To be told yesterday nothing they can do till Tuesday just isn’t good enough
