Henry Nowak was 18 years old. A first year accountancy and finance student at the University of Southampton, walking home from a night out with his football team on December 3rd, 2025. On Belmont Road he was met by a 23 year old named Vickrum Digwa, carrying a 21cm ceremonial blade across his chest. Digwa stabbed him four times. One wound went eight centimeters into his lung. Henry climbed over a fence trying to escape. There was already a blood trail on the street behind him. When police arrived, Digwa told them he had been racially abused. Henry told them he had been stabbed. He told them he could not breathe. The officer told Henry he was under arrest on suspicion of assault. Henry repeated that he had been stabbed. A voice on the body cam replied, "I don't think you have, mate." Henry drowned in his own blood on Belmont Road in handcuffs. By the time CPR began his lungs were already full. A doctor flew in by helicopter. There was nothing left to do. The knife was at the killer's mother's house. She had walked it home. Henry's phone, the one he had filmed the whole encounter on, was in Digwa's pocket. All of this came out in Southampton Crown Court last week. The bodycam was played to the jury. This is sworn testimony in a live murder trial. A teenager was killed by a man who then told the police the teenager was the racist. The police arrested the boy who was bleeding out instead of the man who had been carrying the blade. Whatever you believe about institutions, that is what happened on that street. Henry Nowak. I hate to be a skeptic, but "goodwill ineptitude" could make hasty changes a Trojan Horse, just carrying outcomes that could make things far worse, just for starters: 1. Revising “engaged in the business” rule: If the new definition is even slightly fuzzy (“occasional” sales still count) - Private sales could go illegal overnight. Private sales should be codified as lawful in the rule. 2. Revising the 4473 form (electronic + longer NICS validity): “Digital only” could create the easiest national registry ever. A data breach or future admin. just queries every buyer for the last 6 months. Without language more STRICTLY prohibiting registry (already being BROKEN by the ATF), this could result in de-facto national registry, this time with less administrative burden. 3. Replace indefinite 4473 retention with “only” 20–30 years: This "locks in" 20-30 years. It should be zero. If this goes into effect, we'll NEVER get it shortened. ("It's okay now- why change it?") This should garner GREAT scrutiny for "Why?" during the comment period. I don't mean to be a nay-sayer. I hope that I'm wrong on all counts. If this is done wrong or haphazardly, it could be bad. We'll need to be vigilant. If the ATF still abides by their legal responsibility to post the proposed rules for 90 days for comment, if we spot anything wrong, burdensome, or with unintended consequences, we'll ALL need to make our voices heard during the "proposed rule" comment period.

The ATF has posted summaries of the new regulations, which include: 1) Repeal Biden's pistol brace rule 2) Revising "engaged in the business" rule 3) Revising machine gun definition in response to Cargill decision 4) Remove requirement for FFLs to post info about Youth Handgun Safety Act 5) Revising 4473 form, including allowing electronic forms and increase the time NICS checks remain valid 6) Allow FFLs to keep electronic records 7) Replace indefinite retention of 4473s with definite time periods of 20 or 30 years 8) Allow “Non-Over-the-Counter” firearm sales by FFLs to residents of the same state 9) Repeal interstate NFA transport notice requirement for trips under 365 days, with all others no longer requiring approval before transport 10) Joint NFA registration for married couples 11) Remove NFA CLEO notification 12) Clarify that "common, reasonably necessary activities during travel" are covered by FOPA transportation protection 13) Allow import of dual-use frames, receivers, and barrels 14) Clarify that "training rounds" are not ammunition 15) Eliminate engraving requirement for people making NFA firearms out of existing serialized guns 16) "Clarify that a person receiving assistance in only one functional area (such as financial management) would not, on that basis alone, be considered prohibited" under mental health disqualifier 17) Requiring biological sex on ATF Forms 18) Clarify when a transaction is a straw purchase 19) Formally define "willfully" for firearms violations 20) "Remove the list of former Soviet countries from which ATF currently denies applications to permanently import most firearms and ammunition, retaining only the Russian Federation" atf.gov/rules-and-regu…

This sick Pennsylvania mom Lisa Snyder, 41, allegedly fucked her pit bull, then brutally killed her own little kids by hanging them with a dog leash. Snyder denies it all and claims her bullied 8-year-old son Conner killed himself and took his 4-year-old sister Brinley with him because he “didn’t want to die alone.” What a disgusting lie. Court evidence showed she searched “How to hang yourself” and the show “Almost Got Away With It” days before. The kids were found hanging in the basement and later taken off life support. This monster deserves to rot in prison forever. No mercy.
