However, climate litigation is creative and requires creative lawyering to analysis and find ways to argue against laws designed to sideline the harm gov't policy is doing to the environment whilst promoting corporate profit in disregard of the environment.



Last weekend, our client Anjali Sharma revealed publicly the abuse she has received over the course of proceedings brought against the Minister for the Environment. In her own words, Ms Sharma has endured “absolutely vile racism”. The abuse is shocking and abhorrent.
