@GRTCPulse what is being done about the homeless encampments that have become a permanent fixture at several Pulse stations most recently Staples Mill EB and MSS EB. The stations overall and being overrun w graffiti and not being upkept as committed to when the BRT launched.

@DFRSH757 It should come down Lombardy from Chamberlayne to Broad, then offering transfers at VCU, Arts District and Convention Center. This also would allow for a brand new VUU Station @yitgordon

@GRTCTransit the 12 buses still announce 25 and Grace as a stop, it has not been in years and GRTC said that would be reprogrammed to remove in May 2022. it is still announced and shows up in the new digital screens...

@GRTCTransit Pulse bus 2010 stopped using the bus only lanes immediately after leaving scotts addition westbound station and used curb side mixed traffic lane. there was nothing impeding the bus only lanes 12:06pm on 7/1

There’s no Memorial Day traffic when you’ve got dedicated lanes…where will you take the Pulse this holiday weekend?

@GRTCPulse A private company has set up a marketing table at the Shockoe Bottom EB Station. I assume this is not permitted? Seen at 4pm on 9/19

@GRTCTransit Bus stop 608. The bench is in constant use as an encampment by a non bus rider. I've seen riders in need of a seat being forced to stand for the 30 minute headway. This is a daily situation. Please advise.
