I care about his ability to win regular season and consistently get to the playoffs. - Winning record 12/18 seasons - Three straight 12-win seasons in DAL - Hires ELITE coordinators The Giants need an experienced, stabilizing voice in that locker room. They need to become relevant and competitive again. They are so far from relevant right now. Super Bowl is always the goal, but let’s be realistic and focus on just having a winning record for once. Gotta be good before you can be great. This team is a playoff team right now if McCarthy were the head coach and I truly believe that.
