@dbeechum good day sir. Wasn’t there an episode where at the end of it you were speaking with someone about dropping the pH of heavily hopped IPA’s? Just curious if you recall which episode that was. Believe it was a brew files episode 🍻

And I love how many of them are telling me to set up my own microbrewery. I'm not a garage level brewer, lads. If you don't understand what I do, maybe don't comment on it. Anyway, off to write up my thesis on the sustainability of dry hopping... If any of you know what that is.
