@santanderukhelp Thats what i did. After trying to call 3 times and being put on hold, i finally got through today after 20mins wait. I suppose your are going to say its due to covid 🤣🤣. When are companies going to stop using that as their excuse for poor service

Just had yet another example of customer service people getting their info wrong, then being sort with you when you question their response as it doesn’t make sense, then hanging up. Factual numbers are pretty important when you are in the world of banking. @santanderuk

Been onhold with @Markerstudyins for over 35mins now. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen from an insurance company. I imagine when / if I get through that they will say its due to covid!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Have the banks, especially @santanderuk not gone back to work and are still pretending to hid behind the ‘no staff due to covid’? They seem to have enough staff to generate the bills!

I can cope with paralysis and the problems it has thrown my way - but I struggle to cope with people misusing disabled parking bays (no blue badge). I am with my young daughters and often find we can’t park. Feeling sad as explained to one person today and couldn’t care less.
