over 3 months now since i started my daily workout, and i have been consistent with it.
hitting 60 pushups now 30 x 2
100 sit-up 50 x 2
100 squats 50 x 2
stopped pull ups cause of lack of facility
along the line, ive come to realize that the toughest thing is training yourself to stay fit at home.
most times i get really tired and don’t want to do it, but somehow i still have to force myself to keep going.
nothing is impossible !

i remember the day i started this challenge; i could barely do: 10 push-ups 10 sit-ups 5 pull-ups 10 squats but as of today, which makes it 2 weeks of being consistent with the challenge, i can easily complete: 20 push-ups (x2) 20 sit-ups (x2) 10 pull-ups (x2) 20 squats (x2) even at times, i find it difficult to raise my hands up, but i still keep showing up. discipline – dedication – persistence.
