Etwas, was die Linke in der Schweiz leider nicht zu verstehen scheint: auch neu hinzugebaute teure „Luxus“-Wohnungen entlasten den Mietmarkt, da es zu einem Ladder-up Effekt kommt. Luxuswohnungen sind auch gut für Menschen mit tiefen Einkommen, wenn sie quantitativ das Angebot erweitern.
