This is such a true statement. My strength is 100bb deep, with or without ante chipev poker. I am good enough to be a profitable player in almost any midstakes MTT i register early, but my bubble/late stage/ft game is meh. I used to play on pokerstars in cash games with LLinusLLove and OTb_RedBaron thats basically how i got good

@dbrinker001 @rickjeff78 Honestly no idea how good youbare, you may be better than me in ways or even overall, but we all have insights that others may not see. Those raises where it allows a shorty to jam and opens the betting back to us are pretty powerful to observant players.

I was just chipleader of a $150 buyin online tournament with 69 people left, 65 paid. I didn't end up cashing. Is that bad ICM?

BB wont be jamming much vs our min-click 5 or 6 from the money. He also wont be jamming that much if we flat either. Its 20% ante. Its a spot we want to 3bet pretty agressively. So ur wanting to use a bunch of polar Ax Kx for these 3bets and then play a smaller pot see the flop cheaper with JT, not risk losing 7bb and folding pre to a btn 4b jam. Makes sense.

@dbrinker001 @rickjeff78 So your 3b pre put the bb all in? Yeah not a fan of that at all. Much better (not even close imo) to just flat the 2.2 and if bb jams see how btn responds. Or even min click to 3.5bb so if bb jams action is open back to us, maybe btn folds more often then.

He basically minclicked me back. It maybe was an even smaller 4b than i said. I think calling pre is fine. Esp if he has garbage like a7o in his range im getting insane odds with the 20% ante But yeah gotta rip the flop. Absolute torch 100%. One of the worst played hands of my year

BTN opens 2.2bb i makw it 6.9bb he 4bets to like 11.5bb i call (i cover him by alot 5 from the money) I have JT diamonds Flop QK2 one diamond. He bets 3bb into 24bb with pot left behind. I mistakenly think hes nutted so i decide to just play my hand as a draw and call Turn brick he bets 5bb into 30bb i call again. River brick. Chck check. He drags a ~175k pot with only like 80k left behind with a7 offsuit ace high.

@KdotthaGOAT3 It wasnt the bust hand that was the torch. I rejammed 77 over a massive stacks CO open. Im fine with it, even though it bubbled me think its massively +EV It was the hand before that hand that got me low where i really fucked up

Last night was a good night to be single i don't need a stupid bitch eating any of my doughnuts I ate 12 doughnuts last night and made $250 betting on Dota the doughnuts were like 9 dollars so thats a profit of $241
