Big Breaking In the court of Hon’ble Justice Swarn Kanta Sharma, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal has filed another affidavit. In it, he has stated that both the children of the Hon’ble Judge are working on Central Govt Panels ie under Sr Adv Tushar Mehta. Mr. Tushar Mehta assigns cases to them. In such a situation, it would be difficult for the Hon’ble Judge to pass any order against Mr. Tushar Mehta. Therefore, along with other reasons, the Hon’ble Judge should recuse herself from the case.

The Army lost its moral ascendency on Police when it let Sumedh Singh Saini get away with the ill-treatment of a CMP Lt Colonel in Chandigarh while Saini was mere SSP. The then Army Commander and Chief of Staff are to be blamed. The next downfall was in Colonel Bath’s case when Patiala Police was allowed to get away after thrashing a full Colonel. Now repent at leisure.

DEAR HONORABLE JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: Am I right in interpreting your order as follows: 34 lakh voters, who may be ALL OR MANY OR MAJORITY OR A FEW, but legitimate voters with full adult franchise rights, may potentially be barred from voting in the West Bengal elections, because their “ adjudication” will not be completed??? How is that fair? Don’t the 34 lakh voters have their fundamental right to vote being stolen from them? This is a mockery of democracy, is it not??? Why was the Election Commission not able to resolve this well ahead in time? Shouldn’t the West Bengal elections be postponed till the adjudication process is completed? RIP Indian democracy!

The USA blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is illegal. Let that be understood. Choking off Iran is not the main goal. Americans are doing this to sell their ( and Venezuelan) expensive oil to new oil-starved buyer countries desperate for survival. It is a calculated business move. The world and the poor can suffer.

कांग्रेस सरकार बहुत बुरी थी , इतनी बुरी की रेलवे में 60 की उमर वालों को सीनियर सिटीज़न मानती थी और उनको टिकट पर सीधा 50% कि छूट देती थी , उसके बाद आई महामानव मोदी जी की भाजपा सरकार और उसने देशहित में बुज़ुर्गों को मिलने वाली छूट को मार्च 2020 में बंद कर दिया , और इन 6 सालों में लगभग 32 करोड़ वरिष्ठ नागरिकों ने रेलवे से यात्रा करी जिनसे सरकार ने उनकी सब्सिडी छीन कर 9000 करोड़ से ज़्यादा वसूल किए। बेशर्मी सिर्फ़ यहाँ तक नहीं हैं , ये लोग टिकट के पीछे लिखने लगे की आपकी यात्रा का 43% बोझ सरकार व आम नागरिक उठाते हैं जिसके ख़िलाफ़ वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के संगठन जैसे AISCCON आदि ने रेल मंत्रालय को चिट्ठी भी लिखी थी की हम भी टैक्स भरते हैं , और आपका यह ‘बोझ’ शब्द लिखना हम बुजुर्गों का अपमान है। ये वही मोदी सरकार है जिसने पिछले 12 सालों में चंद उद्योगपतियों के 16 लाख करोड़ से ज़्यादा क़र्ज़ को NPA घोषित कर राइट ऑफ कर दिया। किंतु देश के बुजुर्गों को छूट देने के लिए इनके पास पैसे नहीं हैं , वह उन्हें बोझ लगते हैं , कांग्रेस और भाजपा में यह सबसे बड़ा अंतर है , कांग्रेस पार्टी में भारतीय संस्कार हैं जो बुरज़ुर्गों का सम्मान करना जानती है और भाजपा के लिए वह बोझ हैं।

This was bound to happen. The Army soft peddled the beating of a serving Colonel and his son in Patiala. Had the HQs Western Command read the riot act to Patiala Police, it would have served as a deterrent. Shame.
