For the design community to truly flourish here, we must move beyond chasing speed, validation, or earnings. Design is a practice, an intentional pursuit. Instead of infatuating over something new, fast, or viral, ask if it’s thoughtful, inevitable, and true.

@jgebbia To be fair, I think a supermajority want the fraud to end, but we want a process without all the embarrassing drama, and the messaging to be professional without the vitriol that attacks the dignity of being a civil servant?

@kmr_dilip Amen to this point. Important. Longitudinal care is deeply undervalued. Our biggest challenges in managing very large-scale NCD programs is maintaining patients in care... lots of reasons this is very hard.

No patient with diabetes wants to "chat with a bot" about their blood sugar levels. They want a structured plan, a reliable doctor, and someone they can visit when things get worse.
