关于聪网生态升级的公告
各位社区成员：
在SAT20协议发展的早期阶段，PEARL 作为一个在比特币网络上公平铸造的资产，承载了社区最初的探索与共识，也汇聚了一批长期关注与参与的成员。我们非常清楚，PEARL 不只是一个资产，它代表了一段共同经历的起点。
一、为什么需要一次结构性升级
随着聪网从协议探索走向长期建设，我们逐渐面临一个现实问题：
当前的资产结构，难以支持一个可持续的网络生态。
具体体现在：
●缺乏稳定的开发者激励机制
●无法建立长期的生态资源池（treasury）
●难以引入新的建设者与合作方
●治理与资源分配缺乏制度化基础
这些问题，并非来源于某一方，而是早期“公平铸造”模式在进入下一阶段时的自然限制。
二、从“起点资产”走向“生态体系”
基于上述现实，我们决定推动一次生态结构升级：
筹建聪网基金会，并引入新的Token，统一承担聪网生态的治理、激励与资源分配职能。
同时：
PEARL 不再作为聪网的核心资产，而进入迁移阶段。
这并不是对 PEARL 的否定，而是一个阶段性的演进：
PEARL 完成了它作为公平起点的历史使命。
三、迁移机制
本次升级将采用自愿迁移机制（voluntary migration），为所有 PEARL 持有者提供参与新体系的路径。
1. 空投（基于锁仓时间）
●空投依据：PEARL 的锁仓时间（time-weighted）和早期聪网的建设行动（积分）
●进入聪网视为锁仓，但发挥不同作用的PEARL权重不同
●锁仓时间越长，权重更高
该机制旨在：
识别并激励长期参与者，而非短期持有行为
2. 迁移（PEARL → 新 Token）
●将开放 PEARL 向新 Token 的兑换合约
●兑换比例将随池子中剩余资产逐步调整（早期更优）
●具体规则将在后续公布
●迁移是选择，而不是要求：你也可以继续持有Pearl，作为早期参与的纪念
迁移开始后，聪网的相关功能不再需要PEARL，PEARL恢复其公平铸造的meme身份，其前途由社区自行决定和推进。
3. 时间窗口
没有时间窗口，但是兑换会衰减，最终维持在一个固定比例。
四、我们希望达成的目标
这次升级的目标非常明确：
●建立一个具备长期激励能力的生态结构
●引入更多开发者与建设者
●形成可持续的资源分配与治理机制
同时，我们也希望：
所有愿意继续参与聪网建设的成员，都能够顺利进入新的体系。
五、我们的立场
我们希望坦诚地表达：
●PEARL 诞生于社区，由社区公平铸造而成，不属于任何单一主体
●我们不会对其历史结果作出承诺
●本次升级不是对历史的修正，而是对未来的选择
但同时：
我们会确保迁移路径公开、公平，并对长期参与者给予合理权重。
六、关于聪网基金会
为推动聪网的长期建设，我们计划启动 聪网基金会（SatoshiNet Foundation） 的筹备工作。在基金会正式运作之前，将由SAT20协议团队负责推进各项工作。
基金会将主要承担以下职责：
●支持开发者与生态项目（Grant）
●推动基础设施建设
●促进社区协作与外部合作
●建立长期可持续的资源分配机制
基金会将以公开、透明的方式运作，其资源将主要来源于后续引入的生态机制。
后续将由聪网基金会推动整体迁移的落地和执行。请注意，如果基金会没有建立起来，迁移将不会进行。
