@CourtTV It doesn’t matter what he was like as a child or what happened in his life. He murdered a little girl. This defense is wasting jury’s time going on and on.

@CourtTV What he did was deliberate, premeditated and evil on an unprecedented level. Lots of people had difficult childhoods with absent or abusive parents and they’ve gone on to be healthy and law abiding citizens. Tanner Horner deserves to be tortured as he tortured Athena Strand.

@RL9631 I understand the defense has a job to do even though he’s already pleaded guilty to capital murder, but they are putting too many witnesses on the stand at a cost to the taxpayers for no good reason! What he did to that little girl was nothing less than prolonged torture. Sick

@zhaabowekwe If this story is true, this man deserves a MUCH stiffer sentence than just probation. Animal cruelty is something that is not prosecuted enough and usually signifies a deeper problem.

Cody Roberts filmed himself chasing a 9-month old female wolf on a snowmobile, laughing at her terror & exhaustion, repeatedly hitting her. He duct-taped her mouth, brought her to a bar. For hours, people took photos as she bled to death. Then he shot her. 2 yrs probation.
