@Undefined_Naex2 You’re right. It’s hard to sound sincere in apologizing regardless of time passed. However, I think you can sound sincere in devoting yourself to change, and upholding that devotion through action. I’m not saying my proposition is the solution, there just has to be another way

because if we’re being honest, these people only apologize cause they got caught. In high school, you very well know what racial slurs are and how they are offensive, idc if it was 20 years ago, it’s very unacceptable & the apology is never truly sincere, it’s only to save face
