Glimpses from the inauguration by Dr. Rajneesh, Additional Secretary & Development Commissioner, Ministry of MSME, of the four-day GI Mahotsav held from 26th to 29th March 2026 in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The event celebrated India’s rich heritage of Geographical Indication (GI) products and featured around 45+ stalls showcasing over 100 GI-certified products from across the country. From handwoven sarees, textiles, jewellery and handicrafts to agricultural produce, spices, specialty foods, and more, the exhibition reflected the diversity and craftsmanship of India.
