People of the internet will question why I'm using traditional timber for my suspended slab's formwork. Here's my answer; apart from it being readily available in our case here, it also produces a rougher, more porous surface texture compared to the smooth, dense finish left by marine boards. This rough finish is highly advantageous for plastering because it offers better mechanical bonding, meaning the plaster grabs onto the surface more securely without needing additional mechanical hacking.

Its very disturbing how some of you dont bother consider the mental health of people who will be visiting you when you build your houses. Sasa kwa nini unaweka choo kando ya sitting room jameni,a toilet is supposed to be as far as away from where people stay as possible. Ata ukiingia huko unawachilia vitu yako bila mushkila. Those of you building toilets near sitting rooms are really traumatizing us the guests. Juu nakwambia unanyamba hivi kwa choo,unaskia kila mtu huko sitting room amenyamaza,sasa ni wewe wanaskiza. Wanashangaa nani huyo alikula maharagwe mingi ivo family gathering. Do you know those people will never respect you again. Sasa wacha ukue unanyamba hivo nanguvu,na saa hiyo uko unemployed. You will never hear the end of it. Ukikaa kidogo namna hii wanakwambia kazi yako huku,no gùthuria. You can even commit suicide. Ni mbayaa!

As unMasculine as this might sound,some of the best and sane decisions I have made,came to me when I was washing dishes. There is just something about interacting with water that automatically shifts your brain into brainstorming sub consciously without you having to put much effort into it. Therefore as a man there are three things you must actively engage in,kama huoshi vyombo jaribu kuoga sana sana. Showers also help. Or even washing your car,na sasa wale hamna magari,jaribuni kuosha viatu. The problems that have been keeping you awake for week awill be solved in minutes. The water effect!
