@nickcammarata I like how you flipped these. Funny you're dissatisfied with them ;) I guess I considered the unsatisfying mark as about observing what our minds are constantly doing. That our experience oscillates between dissatisfaction & satisfaction, not that anything is wrong underneath.

in theory the three marks cause you to stop grasping because there’s no stable value in doing so, but they’re also depressing. Maybe flipping them all causes you to stop grasping too? If you note all as permanent, self, and satisfying, there’s no need to grasp, no scarcity

Yes, this was my thought on reading @algekalipso 's post, that this same 'social mechanism' can be enjoyed by asking people to think about scenarios where AI helps humans understand our experience clearly in the present moment, be kind, curious, patient, open hearted, etc.
