Is this is for state capital power supply procedure and guidline. When we were small child we are listening underground cable work going on and within 5 yrs whole city converted to underground power supply but after 20yrs and 3 cm gone. On ground big zero. VSS NAGAR GRID worst.

If so much fear or safe shift assembly 50 to 100 km away from city. And make 100 ft wall arround new assembly and give peace to public. These roads made for public not to close for MLA. It's huge pain now for every citizen.
