Rehab unit colleagues- if you were to set up a stroke/neuro rehab unit from scratch what would be your top two must have/must dos? (Aside from appropriate environment, specialist staffing, intensity, 7 day working etc)

@louiseclark15 1. Given what we do here in DCU every day i would strongly recommend providing exoskeleton walking from as early as possible post onset of stroke. It is the best way to optimise alignment in standing and get repetitive and novel stepping practice with appropriate motor activation
