A Korean fan has received a reply from the Hidden Eye production team!
“Hello, this is the production team of Hidden Eye.
We have belatedly confirmed that in the broadcast aired on December 8, 2025, in the segment , a photo of Stray Kids’ Hyunjin was used.
The reason this photo was used was that, during the production process, while using photos stored on the victim’s device, the production team mistakenly inserted a childhood photo of Stray Kids’ Hyunjin, assuming it was a photo of the victim.
Immediately after confirming the facts, the production team set the broadcast and YouTube clips to private. In addition, we plan to correct or take down the replay (VOD) service on OTT platforms as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize to Stray Kids’ Hyunjin and his fans for the concern this has caused. We also deeply apologize to viewers for the confusion.
We will strengthen our verification and review procedures going forward to ensure that such an incident does not happen again.”
