@lord_iktor В России оффер не значит ничего с юридической точки зрения. Если хотят переманить и поскорее просят выйти, то в качестве гарантии сначала устройство по совместительству, а только потом увольнение со старого места работы. Потом по доп. соглашению перевод на осн. место работы.

Уволился, переехал в москву, оффер отменили. По возможности, не оказывайтесь в таких ситуациях, 0/10, не рекомендую. Особо блять на текущем рынке 🫠
